If the death penalty is taken off the table, he will be sentenced to life in prison without parole if convicted, AP reported.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> I wonder if it&#8217;s too late to ask Hasan to not kill and wound his victims as a condition for not killing him as punishment. The only possible reason I would see the CG accepting the request is to avoid a show trial. I&#8217;m firmly opposed to the death penalty, but if there was ever a criminal who needed to be put to death, it&#8217;s this scum bag. In fact, I think a public beheading is in order.<\/p>\n<p>Galligan, by the way, defended <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=14418\">Leo Church<\/a>. Church was so upset with Galligan after Church was imprisoned for being AWOL, Church hired James Branum.
