Truman \u2013 the President who dropped the bombs  couldn\u2019t use the word, and we yet again have a <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/blogs\/beltway-confidential\/2011\/03\/white-house-libya-fight-not-war-its-kinetic-military-action\" target=\"_blank\">White House that plays with words<\/a> concerning Libya.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Rhodes said.\u00a0 \u201cObviously that involves kinetic military action, particularly on the front end.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A bit earlier <a href=\"..\/?p=22698\" target=\"_blank\">Jonn noted a poll<\/a> that said that 1<em>7 percent of Americans see President Barack Obama as a strong and decisive military leader<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p>Why even that many?
