Yeah, this guy was up to no good. This Said Jaziri dude was deported from Canada to Tunisia three years ago. The LA Times reports<\/a> that Border agents pulled his dusty ass out of the trunk of a car while being smuggled to an Indian casino east of San Diego;<\/p>\n

Jaziri allegedly paid a Tijuana-based smuggling group $5,000 to get him across the border near Tecate, saying he wanted to be taken to a “safe place anywhere in the U.S.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Apparently, he was being smuggled in a car driven by a US citizen. <\/p>\n

Jaziri is being held as a material witness in the criminal case against the BMW’s driver, Kenneth Robert Lawler, who has been charged with immigrant smuggling. He is at the San Luis Detention Facility near Yuma, Ariz., according to his attorney, Wayne Charles Mayer. His bond has been set at $25,000.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Lawler should be prosecuted as a terrorist whether Jaziri is a terrorist or not. I mean a US citizen smuggling a Muslim into this country is just a terrorist act.<\/p>\n

I’m sure he’s the only radical Muslim who ever sneaked across our border and there’s no need to over-react with measures like border control or anything.<\/p>\n
