Someone sent me a PowerPoint presentation made by DADT Postergirl Dan Choi when the Army first realized they’d made a mistake by commissioning him back in 2005 at Fort Drum when he was relieved for punching a platoon sergeant in the chest. I’m working on a whole post for it for next week, but I could never post the whole thing. But here’s a taste of the crazy;<\/p>\n

Of course, this incident happened years before Choi “came out” as a gay man, so you can see he definitely had some issues not attached to being gay. But anyway, Choi made this presentation and handed it out to his PFC buddies in the S-1 shop who in turn passed it out their LTs and it’s been kept under covers until now.<\/p>\n

Here’s a lesson for West Pointers and other officers who haven’t been up through the ranks; Privates are not your friends. They’ll screw you every chance they get no matter how nice they are to your face. That’s why they’re privates.<\/p>\n
