It&#8217;s just a little too Orwellian to have the big head spreading the government&#8217;s message at the checkout counter. And what, exactly, is &#8220;suspicious activity&#8221;? Someone <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stuff.co.nz\/oddstuff\/4424966\/Stolen-snowman-reported\">stealing your snowman from your front yard qualifies<\/a>, but apparently not to the police.
