Yesterday, according to the Washington Post<\/a>, President Obama, the president of us all, called half of the country”enemies”;<\/p>\n

…President Obama [used] the word “enemies” to describe his opponents in an interview on Univision radio last week. “If Latinos sit out the election,” the president said, “instead of saying, ‘We’re gonna punish our enemies, and we’re gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us’ … then I think it’s going to be harder.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Of course, yesterday he walked that back and said he should have called us “opponents” instead. Well, he said “enemies” and that’s what he meant.<\/p>\n

That’s no problem as far as I’m concerned. Call me anything you want to call me…as long as I get my way. So today, we “enemies” get to neuter him with our vote. <\/p>\n

COB6 emailed yesterday when he came out of a super-secret GOP strategy meeting yesterday;<\/p>\n

It is not a stretch to see over 80 House seats and ten in the Senate!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

OK, well, I’d like that A LOT, but I’m not planning on it. However, it’d get lonely up here on this mountainside if I didn’t have anyone to celebrate with tonight, so we’re going to have a live blogging session at This Ain’t Hell…something we haven’t done since the last election. <\/p>\n

Luckily for me, Fox and DISH Network settled their dispute last Friday and I’ve got FNC again, but I’ll probably just moderate the chat. Brown Neck Gaitor will be watching Fox, TSO will be watching MSNBC and COB6 will be moderating the drinking game;<\/p>\n

I would suggest the criteria include the following:<\/p>\n

All drinking will be measured in double shot glasses.<\/p>\n

All keyword drink challenges will be fulfilled with one beer shot.<\/p>\n

(Keywords can include TEA PARTY, WAVE, TEMPER TANTRUM, LANDSLIDE, ANTI-INCUMBENT, ETC)<\/p>\n

All key-people drink challenges will be fulfilled with one beer shot.<\/p>\n

(Key-people (r) can include DEMINT, ODONNEL, RUBIO, TOOMEY , BUCK ETC)<\/p>\n

(Key-people (D) can include SOROS, COONS, REID, CRIST, FEINGOLD ETC)<\/p>\n

Double-Bonus key-people! OBAMA, PALIN, PELOSI AND BOEHNER!<\/p>\n

And now for the bourbon rules: (Or other liquor but no wine spritzers)<\/p>\n

The RCP currently shows seven toss-ups: CA, CO, IL, NV, PA, WA, WV. Every time one of these fall Republican is a mandatory double shot.<\/p>\n

Next is a list of particularly loathsome scumbags that if they go down deserve a full shot. This can include Barney Frank, Russ Feingold, Alan Grayson, etc\u2026 <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Of course, COB6 wrote those rules before he came out of that meeting, so the rules will probably change.<\/p>\n

So, I’ll open the live blog chat room at 7PM Eastern (I know Sporkmaster, that’s like 6 AM in Alaska) and we’ll go all night until it’s over like we did two years ago. <\/p>\n
