At the risk of attracting trolls, I thought I’d give my regular readers a look into my alter ego this week as a Ron Paul Revolutionary. It was completely inadvertent at first, but I decided to just go along. It began with the post I did on Saturday about the Ron Paul march and it mostly happened on YouTube and Flickr where I have accounts to support this blog.<\/p>\n
I’ve never had a video get so many YouTube-bestowed “honors” – the video has had over 20,000 views;<\/p>\n

I’ve never had so many “Friend” requests, I’ve had production companies email and ask to use the sweat-covered video. The only “Friend” I’ve ever had on Flickr was Skye, but I have six requests awaiting approval (how they found my Flickr account, I’ll never know). I think that’s why the movement is so popular – they embrace any whacko and lunatic (I include myself in that number). I’ll admit that it’s almost intoxicating. Well, until you take a look at these people.<\/p>\n
What I learned was that they’ve convinced themselves that everyone is out to get them and stop their “revolution”. Even YouTube, apparently.<\/p>\n
Everytime I try to watch the video won’t load.
\nIt must be good Youtube is preventing me from viewing it or censureing it. Commie agenda?
\nLOL youtube is sooo messing with the views on this video. thats sick, and sad.<\/p><\/blockquote>\nFor awhile the view count on my video got stuck at 810 views and it touched off a flurry of comments to prove that YouTube was conspiring against them;<\/p>\n

The reason why Ron Paul didn’t win is because people still have not felt enough pain to want to get off their collective asses and do somthing about it. There were 10,000 people at this march and I applaud their willingness to take the time and show support. But on the same day there were over 50,000 people at the free Bon Jovi concert in Central Park. How can people care more about free music than to want to save their country from tyranny? Maybe America really is “Living on a Prayer.”<\/p>\n
The media tells you who your only two candidate choices are, and 70% of Americans fall for it every election. More of the same stereotypical Democrats and Republicans in office will get you more of the same failure, and less of the Constitution to protect you from their corrupt ways. We need a Constitutionalist like Ron Paul in the White House; end of story.<\/p>\n
I dont care, I’m STILL going to write in Ron Paul’s name on my ballot. Then when these scum get thousands of write ins at least they will know where we REAL American’s stand<\/p>\n
We’re going to have to take to the streets in larger numbers. We need to descend on the Republican and Democrat National Conventions where the media will not be able to ignore our presence.<\/p>\n
We have to confront our current representatives in government to demand campaign reform and fair\/honest election procedures. Then become election judges and poll watchers.<\/p>\n
Let’s do the world a favor and crucify O Reily, Hannity, Olberman, and Limbaugh instead.<\/p>\n
Sorry kids, your energy is misdirected. Yes this candidate’s ideology is best we’ve seen in decades. However, the change we so desire is in out own hands. The books are rigged, the corruption so deep he would never stand a chance even if some freak chance he was elected. Your energy must be directed towards civil disobedience NOW. STOP all voluntary funding of a broken and unfair tax system. Claim 10 dependents on your payroll. TURN OFF TV, turn in your digital boxes. boycott gas just one day..<\/p>\n

Just an idea, why can’t we (the people) all raise donation for a statue of Dr. Ron Paul holding the Constitution facing the Capitol Building? The statue would symbolize the important of the Constitution and to remind all of our current & future representatives that they should not forget to serve and protect the Constitution of this Great Nation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
