ROS sends us good news that the slow, dull-witted pea-brained burglar who looted Soldiers’ Angels a week ago has been caught<\/a>;<\/p>\n

“Certificates, awards, letters, inspirational letters,” says the group’s co-founder, Jeff Bader. “All of these were in the display modules and it feels like the loss of a loved one. Feels like we were violated.”<\/p>\n

The thief also vandalized the charity’s exhibit room with flame retardant foam, right by the Fallen Heroes memorial.<\/p>\n

“It was totally disrespectful,” adds Bader. “It’s unimaginable that someone would come into a place, a non-profit, and steal from a non-profit trying to help American soldiers.”<\/p>\n

Surveillance video from businesses next door led police to the arrest of 42 year old Charles Edward White. White is now charged with burglary of a building, but News 4 WOAI found this isn’t his first time behind bars.<\/p>\n

White has been in and out of jail since the late eighties for assault, kidnapping, drugs, and burglary.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Well, from what I’ve heard, in Texas that’s enough to execute the weasel three or four times. I think he needs to be waterboarded a few times (by a few times, I mean a lot) until he tells us why he vandalized what he wouldn’t steal. <\/p>\n

The article says that police haven’t located any of the stuff that was stolen and Soldiers’ Angels will probably have to replace it from funds that might otherwise go to the great work they do for the troops. <\/p>\n
