Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and two percent (2%) more are undecided. (To see survey question wording, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/elections\/election_2010\/election_2010_senate_elections\/wisconsin\/toplines\/questions_wisconsin_senate_september_29_2010\" target=\"_self\">click here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>The latest numbers move this race to Leans Republican from a Toss-Up in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/elections\/election_2010\/election_2010_senate_elections\/election_2010_senate_balance_of_power\" target=\"_self\">Rasmussen Reports Election 2010 Balance of Power rankings<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/elections\/election_2010\/election_2010_senate_elections\/wisconsin\/wisconsin_senate_johnson_r_51_feingold_d_44\" target=\"_self\">Two weeks ago<\/a>, Johnson held a 51% to 44% lead including leaners just after his decisive win in the GOP primary. The latest numbers signal a continuing deterioration in Feingold&#8217;s support after it held steady at 46% in surveys from May through August.
