It\u2019s fraud, and fraud is illegal,\u201d said Schultz. \u201cThis ruling is an insult to the service and honor of our soldiers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Schultz filed a bill in the House, and Hamerlinck in the Senate, that would restore those protections and make it a crime in Iowa to falsely claim military honors. <\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIowans know it\u2019s right to stand up for our soldiers who bravely serve our country, no matter the opposition.
