{"id":19820,"date":"2010-07-22T09:49:08","date_gmt":"2010-07-22T13:49:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=19820"},"modified":"2010-07-22T09:49:24","modified_gmt":"2010-07-22T13:49:24","slug":"another-reason-to-like-martin-luther-king-jr-matthis-doesnt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=19820","title":{"rendered":"Another reason to like Martin Luther King, Jr &#8211; Matthis doesn&#8217;t"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Remember when Matthis tried to convince all of us that by burning the flag <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=18340\">we could liken him to the Reverend Doctor King<\/a>?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>While I cannot say if within a year a bullet will lay my body to rest, I can imagine how lonely and heart-broken must have felt enduring the harsh criticism of people he loved for having taken what he saw as a righteous and timely stance.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Well, now suddenly, he&#8217;s changed completely on the man.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/MatthisMLK.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19821\" title=\"MatthisMLK\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/MatthisMLK.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"404\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I think it&#8217;s funny that he complains that Eldridge Cleaver is now a Republican &#8211; Martin Luther King was also a Republican.  But even though Cleaver is wrong now, as claimed by Matthis, somehow he&#8217;s correct when he says something with which Chiroux agrees.
