We&#8217;re out here on a ledge while <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/Greenspan-Recent-Decline-cnbc-2939285627.html;_ylt=AplB9V3R2ajaHXZXYU9hvfe7YWsA;_ylu=X3oDMTE1OXMyb2hqBHBvcwM3BHNlYwN0b3BTdG9yaWVzBHNsawNncmVlbnNwYW5yZWM-?x=0&#038;sec=topStories&#038;pos=5&#038;asset=&#038;ccode=\">Greenspan tells us this is normal<\/a> and tries to talk us in.<\/p>\n<p>A year and a half into this administration and they&#8217;re telling us that they need more government spending to fix it.
