Guess which way he&#8217;s leaning;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/MatthisTrip1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19364\" title=\"MatthisTrip\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/MatthisTrip1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/MatthisTrip1.jpg 655w, https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/MatthisTrip1-300x180.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I called the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.co.orange.ny.us\/orgMain.asp?orgid=43&#038;storyTypeID=&#038;sid=&#038;\">District Attorney&#8217;s Office<\/a> this morning, but they said the responsibility for Matthis and his community service will fall to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.co.orange.ny.us\/orgMain.asp?orgid=74&#038;storyTypeID=&#038;sid=&#038;\">probation department<\/a>, who won&#8217;t have responsibility until the disposition of the case has been determined. <\/p>\n<p>I hope someone in Orange County, New York is listening so they can hold the local justice officials&#8217; feet to the fire on this. It seems to me that if Matthis leaves the country while under jurisdiction of the case, he could be in serious trouble &#8211; federal pound-you-in-the-ass-prison kind of trouble.
