Julio Huertas was cleared of all charges according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/world\/2010\/04\/22\/seal-trial-jury-deliberates-iraqi-abuse-case\/?test=latestnews\">Fox News<\/a>. Links will follow as available.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2010\/04\/22\/julio-huertas-navy-seal-c_n_547445.html\">Huffington Post<\/a> quotes Associated Press;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;There was no abuse,&#8221; [Huertas&#8217; civilian attorney Monica Lombardi] said. &#8220;This is classic terrorist training.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>After the verdict, Lombardi said the jurors told her they had made their ruling because there were too many inconsistencies in the case and that they did not believe the prisoner.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors refused to comment after the verdict, but in his closing argument Lt. Cmdr.
