One of the things that I had thought a while back after the Fatah and the Hamas splitting the West Bank and Gaza was that this was a chance for the Fatah to have a fresh start. That is they really wanted to seek a two state solution that they could do it with having to deal with Hamas. <\/p>\n<p>But it seems that for the most part that the West Bank is not that interesting compared to Gaze. That perhaps a real chance for peace could happen. Then why is Israel so focused on added<a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/hostednews\/afp\/article\/ALeqM5hhLFo9XUHLnLGuu7P5IAUr3V0XNQ\"> more settlements <\/a>in that area? I know that there will be a difference of opinion on this one so I wanted to see what is the point of all this. <\/p>\n<p>I can imagine that Hamas is looking for the next <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSTRE62K0MH20100321\">propaganda jackpot<\/a> and this just plays right into their hand making dealing with Gaze that much harder.
