The person in question is  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.correntewire.com\/moments_remembrance_please_staff_sergeant_jos%C3%A9_peque%C3%B1o\">Staff Sergeant Jos\u00e9 Peque\u00f1o<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pbs.org\/memorialdayconcert\/images\/body\/DSCN0410.jpg\" title=\" Staff Sergeant Jos\u00e9 Peque\u00f1o\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"175\" height=\"130\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nWhen an insurgent pitched a grenade into his Humvee while he was reporting a suicide bomber, the explosion killed the driver and took the lower left two lobes from his brain.
