Breaking news that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D), a retired sergeant major<\/del> master sergeant from the Natty Guard, has dropped his re-election bid among the massive Somali welfare fraud scandals. This will give Tim more time to spend with his friends, the school shooters.<\/p>\n

While I am supremely happy to see Walz fail yet again, and this time removing him from power instead of failing him upward, we’ll see who replaces him. He is said to have met with Senator Amy Klobuchar (D) over the weekend, and she is reported to be considering a run. I fully expect former Congressman and current state Attorney General Keith Ellison (D) to also be considering a run. Ellison has yet to face significant<\/del> any scrutiny of his role in the state’s massive fraud issues (not a single fraudster has been charged in state court). I can only hope he prefers to keep his head down by not\u00a0<\/em>running, but he might jump into the ring.<\/p>\n
