Hank Johnson, a Democrat representing Georgia in Congress, has shat on the United States. This continues his candidacy for “Dumbest Man in Congress” and might clinch him the title in undisputed fashion. He was already the clear front runner, after having suggested that the Department of the Navy moving troops to Guam might cause the island to capsize.<\/p>\n

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) reverted to the talking points favored by Iranian terrorists during a recent interview, referring to the United States first as the \u201cworld\u2019s number one bully\u201d and then \u201cthe Great Satan.\u201d<\/p>\n

Johnson, who first became a household name when he suggested that the Pacific island of Guam might \u201ctip over\u201d if too much American military equipment was placed there, made the comments while speaking with far left host Dean Obeidallah.<\/p>\n

Johnson told Obeidallah that the United States was the quintessential playground bully, lording it over other countries that had less power simply because it was possible to do so.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are the world\u2019s number one bully, and we are using our immense unrivaled power to rule over those who have less power,\u201d he claimed, adding, \u201cThis sends a shocking message to the world that America is indeed the \u2014 what did they used to call it \u2014 the great hand of Satan, or something like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, America under the Trump regime is demonstrating that that moniker is entirely accurate. That\u2019s what we\u2019ve become in this country, the great Satan,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

Johnson, during a congressional hearing about a military buildup on Guam, raised eyebrows when he suggested the added weight of the military equipment could cause the island to capsize.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize,\u201d Johnson said.<\/p>\n

Admiral Robert Willard, who was serving as head of the U.S. Pacific Fleet at the time, paused and managed to give his reply with a straight face: \u201cWe don\u2019t anticipate that.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
