Turns out he spent a month in the Army in 1983, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kansascity.com\/115\/story\/1738368.html\">KansasCity.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Federal prosecutors Tuesday charged [Timothy James Watkins, age 47] with one misdemeanor count of falsely claiming to have been awarded military medals.
