The review states the man reasonably perceived an imminent threat of serious physical injury or death, adding that this is supported by three witnesses interviewed by investigators.<\/p>\n<p>Special Prosecuting Attorney David L. Ethredge wrote in his review, &#8220;Based on the totality of the evidence including witness testimony, physical evidence, and investigative findings.
