It won&#8217;t be the Republican or the Democrats and it won&#8217;t be the American people; it will be corporate America,&#8221; Senator Charles Schumer, a Democrat from New York, said. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>That&#8217;s why Schumer thinks that a Congressional investigation of the Court&#8217;s decision doesn&#8217;t violate the separation of powers of the three branches of the federal government.
