County Line Rd. around 2:15 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators say a dispute started inside the store and escalated outside, at which point the man approached the shooter while holding a knife.<\/p>\n<p>The man was shot once and died at the scene, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>The shooter is not facing charges, police say, because the shooting falls under Florida&#8217;s &#8220;stand your ground&#8221; law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we don&#8217;t know:<\/strong><br \/>\nPolice did not release the name of the man killed or any details on the identity of the shooter.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators also did not say what led to the dispute.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>1 \/ 0 \/ 0<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox13news.com\/news\/man-killed-stand-your-ground-shooting-gas-station-pcpd\">Fox 13 News<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Not a lot of detail, but the outcome is no surprise.
