\nTwo people have died, and a third person was injured in a Sunday morning shooting in Fort Worth.
\nThe two victims died at the scene. The injured person has been treated and released from the hospital.
\nA third shooter remained on the scene and is cooperating with police.
\nFORT WORTH, Texas – Fort Worth Police are investigating a shooting that killed two people and injured a third that happened on Sunday around 4:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

What we know:<\/strong>
\nPolice were called to the 5500 block of James Ave. for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found two people with apparent gunshot wounds to their upper bodies, police say.<\/p>\n

Both victims died at the scene.<\/p>\n

A third shooting victim was taken to an area hospital by private vehicle. That person has been treated and released. The third shooting victim was struck by crossfire, police say.<\/p>\n

Investigators say the two victims who died were in an argument and both pulled out guns and began shooting each other. A third shooter is believed to have shot at one of them as that person was shooting at the other one.<\/p>\n

The third shooter remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation. No arrests have been made, police say.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

HOUSTON \u2013 One person has been transported to a hospital and another person has been detained after a shooting just off the Sam Houston Parkway in northwest Houston.<\/p>\n

The shooting happened in the 4300 block of W. Sam Houston Parkway, near the intersection with Clay Road.<\/p>\n

Police at the scene say they were told one of the individuals was involved in a road rage incident off I-10.<\/p>\n

The man who was shot, a man driving a pickup truck, followed a blue car to the location where the shooting happened, according to police.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe individual in the truck gets out and starts banging on the little blue car\u2019s driver\u2019s side window. At that time, the driver, our suspect inside the blue car, shoots two times through the window,\u201d said Lt. Wilkens with HPD.<\/p>\n

The man was struck in the chest and went inside the McDonald\u2019s for help.<\/p>\n

The suspect remained on scene until police arrived. He was taken into custody.<\/p>\n

Wilkens says the man who was shot should survive his injuries.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
