Glock 19 Gen 5<\/a><\/p>\n Ozark woman charged with attempted murder in Halloween shooting<\/strong><\/p>\n By Ty Storey Ozark Police responded to a shots-fired call in the 100 block of Mason Street at around 3:30 a.m.<\/p>\n Once arriving on the scene and with the assistance of the Dale County Sheriff\u2019s Office, officers and investigators were able to locate all individuals involved in the incident, which was determined to be a family dispute over property.<\/p>\n After collecting evidence and through witness statements, police identified 21-year-old Tatiyana West of Ozark as the individual who instigated the shooting, and named her as the main suspect in the case. The unnamed victim in the incident also returned fire in self-defense, with neither they nor West injured according to reports.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n 0 \/ 1 \/ 0 ‘Tis the season.<\/p>\n Security guard shoots masked man inside Kroger, sheriff says<\/strong><\/p>\n One person is in the hospital after being shot by a security guard at a Kroger in Harrison Twp.<\/p>\n Montgomery County Sheriff Rob Streck said store management had reported someone they wanted out of the store around 8:09 a.m. This person was heavily covered with things including a face mask.<\/p>\n A third-party security guard contracted by Kroger approached the man and asked him to leave the store. At that point, Streck said the suspect produced a handgun.<\/p>\n The security then pulled their weapon and shot the suspect.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s shots fired at Kroger on Siebenthaler!\u201d one customer hiding in the back of the store told emergency dispatchers, adding that an ambulance was needed.<\/p>\n As reported on News Center 7 at 5:00, witnesses told investigators that the masked man tried to pull the gun trigger but his gun may have malfunctioned or not been loaded.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
