Man shot robbers who broke into his home, South Fulton police say<\/strong><\/p>\n

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A person was injured after being shot by a home\u2019s resident in South Fulton, according to police.<\/p>\n

Police said officers responded to the 4700 block of Brookwood View just after 4 p.m. Friday. According to police, \u201can unknown number of armed individuals\u201d broke into a home, stole several items and drove away. A man living at the home chased them in his car, leading to a crash and a gunfight.<\/p>\n

The man injured one of the robbers in the gunfight, police said.<\/p>\n

According to police, the injured suspect then ran to a construction site on Inkberry Drive and asked construction workers if he could wash his hands. The man was later found hiding inside a closet on site.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Domestic dispute leads to homicide outside Indy hotel; shooter released without arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nINDIANAPOLIS \u2014 A 23-year-old woman is dead after being shot outside a hotel on Indy\u2019s west side. The shooting appears to have stemmed from a domestic disturbance.<\/p>\n

Following the shooting, the man who pulled the trigger turned himself in and gave his side of the story, after which he was released without being arrested.<\/p>\n

It all started around 9 p.m. Wednesday, that\u2019s when police were called to the Red Roof Inn along South Lynhurst Drive and found 23-year-old Chasidy Hahn shot dead on scene.

\nSurveillance cameras outside the hotel allegedly showed an argument between two men known to the victim, during which the woman appeared to pull out a gun and one of the men responded by firing in her direction.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
