Lang said while deputies were enroute to the location, dispatch received a second 911 call stating a \u201cmale had forced entry into a second and separate home and shots had been fired.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lang said when deputies arrived, they found a male \u201csuffering from multiple gunshot wounds.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>1 \/ 0 \/ 0<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.duncanbanner.com\/community\/scso-investigating-deadly-shooting-in-comanche\/article_327163ae-75f2-11ef-b89c-331404934735.html\">Duncan Banner<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When seconds count, count on yourself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Homeowner shoots partially-nude suspected intruder in north St. Louis County<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>&#8220;The half-naked man was standing over the couple. We found his pants on their porch,&#8221; said Major Ron Martin.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Author: Robert Townsend<br \/>\nPolice said in the thick of the night an unarmed man got inside a home in the Hanley Hills area in north St. Louis County and gave a sleeping couple quite a scare.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Out officers received a call for a home invasion and a shooting,&#8221; said Major Ron Martin with the North County Police Cooperative.<\/p>\n<p>Police later identified the suspect as 47-year-old Cedric Marshall, who lives about 6 miles away from the neighborhood in Wellston.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors charged Marshall with burglary and assault.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, around 5 Tuesday morning, Marshall first walked through the couple&#8217;s unlocked back door.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mr. Marshall then stood over the husband and wife while he was half naked and that awoke the homeowners,&#8221; Martin said.<\/p>\n<p>Court documents further reveal the furious husband &#8220;ordered him to leave.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, according to the documents, Marshall then &#8220;lunged at the homeowner and stated you&#8217;ll have to shoot me.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>0 \/ 1 \/ 0<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksdk.com\/article\/news\/crime\/homeowner-shoots-partially-nude-suspected-intruder-in-north-st-louis-county\/63-0bd19082-32e8-45fc-89e8-db1684200a85?ref=exit-recirc\">KSDK<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The homeowner found this agreeable and shot Mr. Marshall in the chest.
