According to an internal North Korean source, the main roads and railroad bridges to military factories in Manpo City and Kanggye City in Chagang Province have been completely destroyed by a recent Amnok River flood.<\/p>\n
It has been reported that the military factories that suffered flood damage are in a state of chaos, with workers\u2019 ability to report to work halted.<\/p>\n
In particular, there have been considerable casualties in the border area of Manpo City in Chagang Province, and it is said that the North Korean authorities are putting all their efforts into the military factory recovery project.<\/p>\n
