She returned shortly after to try and collect her wallet.

Officers say the woman threatened to ‘destroy’ the store until she got her wallet back. The 20-year-old then allegedly began to throw items off of store displays while demanding employees to give her her wallet back.

The release notes that she was arrested for felony retail theft and disorderly conduct. The man went outside to see what was happening and found 29-year-old Blake Robinson attempting to break into his truck, authorities said.

The 66-year-old man went back inside to grab his phone and report the incident to law enforcement but could not locate his phone. When he returned outside to confront Robinson, he was reportedly attacked, with the suspect punching the victim in the head, throwing him to the ground and kicking him in the head.

The older man managed to defend himself and hit the suspect, causing the younger intruder to fall back, so he could get away and contact law enforcement.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they detained Robinson, who appeared to have trouble standing up after receiving the beating from the 66-year-old man. Robinson was taken to the hospital for treatment before being released to law enforcement.

The victim only required brief medical treatment and was left without any serious injuries.

Robinson was charged with felony battery of a person over the age of 65 and attempted burglary of a conveyance. He was booked in the Brevard County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

“As for Robinson, he was fortunate enough to be in Brevard County where he won a few prizes for being stupid including a chauffeured ride to a local medical facility to check his injuries before arriving at his less than luxurious accommodations at ‘Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge!!'” Sheriff Wayne Ivey wrote on Facebook. “At the lodge he was given a freshly washed 2 piece ensemble to get comfortable in, before being shown to his sleeping area in our open floor plan.”

The suspect “got an enhanced charge for hitting someone over the age of 65 who ended up whooping his punk butt!!” the sheriff said.

Ivey added, “We hope you enjoy your stay at our lodge and as we like to say here in Brevard County, ‘Mess Around and Find Out!!'”

Source; Yahoo!

‘It’s Not Illegal’: Second Grade Teacher Walks Free After Police Arrest Her For Allegedly Teaching Drunk

There’s always gotta be somebody that does something to get a new law or policy put in place…

Nuestro Elementary School second-grade teacher Wendy Munson was arrested in October for allegedly teaching with a blood alcohol level over twice the legal limit, according to the New York Post.

Munson is no longer facing charges due to the Sutter County District Attorney’s Office (SCDAO) not being able to find charges that will stick, the office said, according to the outlet

Munson was arrested for child endangerment and DUI charges, according to Fox News.

Munson had allegedly driven to school inebriated, the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) deputies said, the outlet reported. She then allegedly instructed students while visibly drunk, the outlet noted.

The District Attorney Jennifer Dupre told NBC 15 she spent months searching for charges she thought she could carry against Munson but was unsuccessful. “It is not illegal to teach drunk,” she reportedly said.

Dupre told the outlet she could not prove that Munson had driven to school intoxicated or prove that she was not able to care for herself or others. The alleged acts also could not fall under child endangerment because the SCDAO lacked sufficient evidence that Munson “would” harm the students, Dupre reportedly added.

“We tried because I don’t like the conduct. It’s not acceptable, but it’s unfortunately not criminal,” Dupre told the outlet.

The staff handbook for Nuestro Elementary teachers states that violators of its alcohol-free restrictions will lose their posts if the law demands it, according to NBC 15. Munson is no longer found on the school website. They have yet to make a public statement confirming her departure, NBC 15 reported.

Nuestro Elementary School District Superintendent Baljinder Dhillon informed the parents in a letter that Munson’s students did not see the arrest take place and that they would be getting a “long-term substitute,” according to Fox 11.

Source; Daily Caller

Thief drops wallet while fleeing Wisconsin mall, returns to ‘destroy’ store when denied wallet back Officers … Stupid people of the weekRead more

[185,227,603

post-159382","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-crime","category-police","category-stupid-criminals
["GET
