KSP: 1 dead after alleged Cadiz home intrusion leads to shooting<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nADIZ, Ky. (FOX 56) \u2014 A man is dead in Trigg County after entering a home armed with a gun in the early hours of Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

A preliminary investigation showed that a man forced his way into the home and was reportedly armed with a weapon.<\/p>\n

The homeowner eventually shot the man, according to authorities. The alleged intruder was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n

According to the Kentucky State Police Department (KSP), troopers were notified just after midnight on Saturday that a shooting had occurred at a home on Linda Lane in Cadiz.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Hot Springs police investigating Thursday evening shooting<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nHOT SPRINGS, Ark. \u2013 Detectives with the Hot Springs Police Department are investigating a shooting that left one injured Thursday evening.<\/p>\n

Officials said that the incident happened at 5:40 p.m. when officers responded to a shots fired call in the 500 block of Crescent Avenue.<\/p>\n

\nOfficers said that when they arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The man was eventually taken to a local hospital to receive treatment.<\/p>\n

During the investigation, officers discovered that the man had parked his RV on the property of 32-year-old William Deshawn Green, who they said eventually asked him to remove it from the land.<\/p>\n

As the two were arguing, police said the man produced a BB gun and Green pulled out a handgun and shot him.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
