Tampa resident guns down man who entered house through window: police<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nTAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) \u2014 Tampa police said they are investigating a deadly shooting that happened early Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Officers said at about 4:19 a.m., police responded to a burglary call at a home on South Bermuda Boulevard.<\/p>\n

When they arrived at the home, they found a man in his 40s who was shot in the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n

Police said the shooter told them he shot the man after he illegally entered his home through a window.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Police identify victim in fatal East Knoxville shooting<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nKNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) \u2014 The Knoxville Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting at a home in the Park City neighborhood that left one person dead Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

According to Knoxville Police, officers were dispatched to the scene of a suspected domestic shooting at a home in the 2700 block of Linden Avenue around 8 a.m.<\/p>\n

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man that had been shot. Personnel with the Knoxville Fire Department attempting life-saving care, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n

The victim<\/strong> has been identified as 32-year-old Matthew Walker of Knoxville.<\/p>\n

A police spokesperson said Monday that the involved individuals were identified and have been interviewed by detectives. No charges have been filed at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.<\/p>\n

Based on KPD Homicide Unit detectives\u2019 investigation, the department said it is believed the man was engaged in a domestic dispute with family members and pulled out a gun.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
