Officers arrived and detained a man who had a gun.<\/p>\n<p>Another man, identified as 32-year-old Alejandro Samplina, was found on the ground in the parking lot. Samplina was taken to the hospital, where he later died.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, Samplina and the shooter got into an argument over parking. Samplina then pulled out a knife and chased the man around his car.<\/p>\n<p>This was when the man grabbed a gun from the open door of his vehicle.
