They said the exercise would be part of a broader Russian response to the U.S. support for Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The officials said that the Russian military presence was notable but not concerning. However, it\u2019s taking place as Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested that Moscow could take \u201casymmetrical steps\u201d elsewhere in the world in response to President Joe Biden\u2019s decision to allow Ukraine to use U.S.-provided weapons to strike inside Russia to protect Kharkiv, Ukraine\u2019s second-largest city.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/cuba-russia-warships-caribbean-ukraine-97905c0a6072e39e2869a18e28b0aeef\">AP News<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vlad is trailing his coattails* right off of our coast again.
