The video starts when the student smacks the teacher, followed by a verbal reaction from one of the students. The reaction wasn&#8217;t one of &#8220;shock&#8221;, but one that seemed like the student was egging action. The teacher asked the hostile student a question, leading the student to get closer, asking if the teacher wanted to get hit again. The student approaches and smacks the teacher again.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>From Fox News:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A North Carolina high schooler has been charged with assault after allegedly being caught on camera slapping a teacher during a profanity-filled exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The incident involving the unidentified juvenile occurred at Parkland High School in Winston-Salem on April 15, the Forsyth County Sheriff&#8217;s Office (FCSO) said on Facebook. Video posted online shows the student standing over a teacher who is seated before striking her in the face.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Do you think that affected me in any way?&#8221; the teacher can be heard asking.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Want me to hit you again?&#8221; the student says, while stepping up and repeating the question.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t want it,&#8221; the teacher says, before she is struck again. The hit is so hard that her glasses fly off her face while the teenager continues his profanity-filled rant.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ain&#8217;t nobody even coming. You got slapped,&#8221; the student says. &#8220;B&#8212;-, go back to teaching.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The school&#8217;s principal, Noel Keener, told parents in a message that the student would face disciplinary action in addition to criminal charges for &#8220;inappropriate and unsettling&#8221; behavior, according to local TV station WGHP.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Fox News has additional information, and a video link, to this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/nc-student-charged-assault-allegedly-slapping-teacher-viral-video\">story<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A video went around on social media showing a student being verbally and physically hostile.
