Baldwin was actually holding the gun when it discharged, sending a bullet into Hutchins. Reed was working as the film\u2019s armorer, and she was responsible for firearms safety on the set.<\/p>\n<p>Reed was convicted early last month by New Mexico jury. The gun owner was taken in for questioning.<\/p>\n<p>A CPD surveillance camera recorded the incident, which occurred in the 300 block of South Michigan around 5:34 a.m. Police said the 35-year-old licensee got into an argument with a 48-year-old man, but the situation apparently escalated.
