This time it&#8217;s Major General Phillip Stewart. He&#8217;s going up on a long list of charges, even one of which would be considered career ending if not worthy of Leavenworth. Sounds like the general was living life like an E-3 with a month left before his ETS.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.airforcetimes.com\/news\/your-air-force\/2023\/12\/19\/air-force-general-to-face-court-martial-for-sex-assault-other-crimes\/?utm_source=sailthru&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=mil-ebb&amp;SToverlay=342f5a58-c37b-4142-b049-1f737335b507\">Air Force Times<\/a> has the scoop;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The charges, levied in September, center on a string of purported malfeasance earlier this year, according to a partially redacted charge sheet obtained by Air Force Times.<\/p>\n<p>Stewart allegedly penetrated a woman\u2019s vulva with his mouth and penis without her consent on multiple occasions while visiting Altus in mid-April, the charge sheet said.<\/p>\n<p>During the same trip, Stewart allegedly violated Air Force rules by piloting an unnamed aircraft less than 12 hours after consuming alcohol.
