Yesterday was a chaotic day in Israel. The country was attacked in mass by Palestinian terrorists from the Gaza Strip. The attack by Hamas, largely funded by Iran (with Iran recently emboldened by Biden’s release of $6b to them), and possibly armed with American weapons left behind in Afghanistan or intended for Ukraine,<\/a> has killed hundreds, wounded scores more, and has led Israeli PM Netanyahu to say they are “at war.” The Israeli Cabinet has now declared war for the first time since 1973 (the 50th anniversary of the start of\u00a0that\u00a0<\/em>war was Friday).<\/p>\n The response in the US has been of utter condemnation by most. Members of “The Squad” such as Congresswomen Tlaib, Ocasio-Cortez, and Omar were far more muted. These ladies have called for a ceasefire, as if Israel defending itself from armed attack killing hundreds of its citizens were wrong. The NYC branch of the Democratic Socialists of America<\/a> has a rally planned for today in NYC to\u00a0support<\/em> Hamas as they rape, kill, and mutilate women and children.<\/p>\n Fox News<\/a> and Breitbart<\/a> are running with live updates. There’s also been at least one instance of violence against Israeli civilians in other countries.
