Justine, on July 5, 2023, at approximately 5:35 a.m. \u2013 22nd District<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Preliminary: A known offender unlawfully gained entry into the residence at the above location, once inside the offender was met by the victim female, 21. A physical altercation ensued at which time another victim female, 61 who is a valid FOID\/CCL holder fired shots in the offender direction, striking the offender. The offender sustained a gunshot wound to the back and was transported to Christ, where he was treated and released.
