Wanted person shot by bondsmen in Commerce City<\/strong>
\nA wanted person was taken to the hospital after they were shot by bail bondsmen Friday night, Commerce City Police said.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nCOMMERCE CITY, Colo. \u2014 Commerce City Police are investigating a shooting involving multiple bail bondsmen that injured a wanted person Friday night.<\/p>\n

Police said officers responded around 9:25 p.m. to the 5100 block of Quebec Street for a report of gunshots fired.<\/p>\n

Investigators determined the bondsmen attempted to contact the wanted person, which resulted in the bondsmen’s vehicle being rammed by another vehicle, according to police.<\/p>\n

The bondsmen fired multiple gunshots at the person, who was hit once and taken to the hospital for treatment, police said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Tallahassee Police Department said in a press release Friday that it is a \u201cstand your ground\u201d case, but State Attorney Jack Campbell told WCTV later in the day that it is too early to make that determination.<\/p>\n

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A day after a double shooting sent customers scrambling at a McDonald\u2019s on West Pensacola Street and killed two men, the Tallahassee Police Department said a 16-year-old boy is now facing a gun charge.<\/p>\n

In a release posted to social media, TPD said an argument broke out on the basketball courts adjacent to the Palmer Munroe Teen Center. Police said the argument carried on to the McDonald\u2019s parking lot.<\/p>\n

According to TPD, a man they identify as 21-year-old Trenton Tompkins pulled out a gun and shot an unidentified man who died at the scene. Police said Tompkins reportedly then turned toward a teen, and the teen shot him in alleged self-defense before running from the scene.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
