Terrifying video shows shootout on moving bus between driver and passenger who wanted to be let off<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nTerrifying video shows a wild shootout on a moving North Carolina bus \u2014 with the driver returning gunfire with a passenger who pulled a weapon on him for not stopping where he wanted.<\/p>\n

The disturbing footage from inside a Charlotte bus shows the hooded passenger \u2014 identified by cops as Omarri Shariff Tobias, 20 \u2014 strolling to the front demanding to be let off.<\/p>\n

The bus driver, David Fullard, shakes his head while telling the passenger he can\u2019t stop at the undesignated spot \u2014 sparking a series of threats.<\/p>\n

\u201cI dare you to touch me! I\u2019m gonna pop your ass,\u201d the passenger says at one point, according to WSOCTV.<\/p>\n

The passenger steps back and pulls out a handgun \u2014 seemingly unaware that Fullard was also readying a weapon of his own.<\/p>\n

As the passenger walks back and raises his weapon, the driver also opens fire \u2014 with around a dozen shots fired through a screen, caught on multiple cameras inside the bus, the local outlet noted.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

1 killed in shooting at Huntsville business<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nOne person is dead after a shooting in Huntsville Monday night.<\/p>\n

Huntsville Police say at 7:30 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at Mr. Nice Guys, a wellness shop that sells CBD and smoking accessories located on Highway 30. They found a person with several gunshot wounds inside the store and he was taken to the hospital.<\/p>\n

Investigators learned through statements and video footage that the suspect came into the store, attacked the attendant and was subsequently shot. The suspect later died from his injuries.<\/p>\n

Michael Martinez, the owner of Mr. Nice Guys in Huntsville, says his employee shot the suspect in self-defense.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
