You all know the ‘Tennessee Three’, three legislators whom the Republicans attempted to eject from the state House after disrupting the legislative session, including using a bullhorn in the chamber to make their gun ban points.<\/p>\n
What they did is they hijacked the house floor which has never been done in our history,\u201d house speaker Cameron Sexton told National Review<\/span> of the three lawmakers. \u201cThey pulled out a bullhorn. They weren\u2019t recognized. They were ruled out of order and they led a protest from the house floor with a bullhorn to those in the balcony. They shut down the proceedings of the house. We had to go into recess due to their actions.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Since of the three the lone white woman (who, it should be pointed out, did NOT use the bullhorn) failed to be expelled by one vote it was ray-ciss, right? But regardless of his conduct, after being expelled, Nashville County named Justin Jones as their interim rep until he (presumably) gets re-elected . Some interesting info, though:<\/p>\n
Footage of rioting outside the state Capitol in 2020 first shared by Scoop Nashville<\/em><\/a> appears to show Jones repeatedly hitting the driver of a car with a traffic cone. The video, which was resurfaced by the Post Millenial<\/em>, shows Jones and other activists stopping and surrounding the vehicle before the driver escaped.<\/p>\n
Jones was charged with assault, assault on an officer, and reckless endangerment, for which he was indicted on two counts after the video was presented to the grand jury in his case. Despite his violent behavior, Jones claimed in June 2021 that he was being \u201cpeaceful\u201d and claims to the contrary were a \u201cfalse narrative.\u201d<\/p>\n
Jones alleged that police colluded with prosecutors to \u201cweaponize the law as a form of punishment for the mere fact that we chose to stand up.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Gotta love those ‘peaceful’ protesters. Bet the driver of the car doesn’t think it was that peaceful. No doubt a Soros-DA dropped charges.<\/p>\n
Read an interesting take in the Telegraph in which the author notes how this has morphed from a horrific school shooting, through mostly ignoring that the shooter was trans, to “it’s all the Republicans’ fault since they are anti-trans” now into “it’s all racist” in a matter of weeks. You racist bastards, you made he\/she-it do it!<\/p>\n
