It&#8217;s a good way to prepare for my occupation in downtown DC by getting my blood pressure and my brow furrowed. It&#8217;s also why I&#8217;m not surprised by things like  the pay-for-play case against New Mexico&#8217;s governor Bill Richardson dropped at the highest levels of the Justice Department &#8211; with barely <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/2009\/08\/27\/richardson-investigation-killed-washington\/?test=latestnews\">a whisper from the media<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The decision not to pursue indictments was made by top Justice Department officials, according to a person familiar with the investigation, who asked not to be identified because federal officials had not disclosed results of the probe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s over. There&#8217;s nothing.
