Man shot, killed by officer at 7-Eleven off Highway 6, Missouri City police say<\/strong> Author: Cory McCord Missouri City officials said it happened along Highway 6 near the Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road around 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n Officials said the Missouri City Police Department got reports about a man with a gun acting erratically in a gas station parking lot.<\/p>\n When an officer showed up at the 7-Eleven and tried to talk to the man, the suspect pulled out a gun and opened fire on the officer, who returned fire, according to authorities. The suspect was hit at least twice, officials said. The officer was not injured.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n 1 \/ 0 \/ 0 KHOU comes through once again.<\/p>\n Security guard fatally shoots man in Baltimore Highlands, says victim threw a brick at him<\/strong><\/p>\n Christine Condon, Baltimore Sun The security guard told police officers that the man threw a brick at him outside, so he discharged his weapon.<\/p>\n Officers arrived to the 4000 block of East Lombard Street in the Baltimore Highlands neighborhood at about 1:30 a.m. Monday. The victim, who was 35 years old, was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.<\/p>\n Vernon Davis, a spokesperson for the Baltimore Police Department, said Monday morning that police do not know the security guard\u2019s place of employment but that the guard was wearing his uniform at the time of the shooting.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
