Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Director Tom Brady selected a Ms. Kelisa Wing as the new DoDEA Chief of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is uniquely qualified for this position for her woke background, elementary school experience, published works, and woke background(sic).<\/p>\n
\u201cKelisa Wing is the exactly the right person to lead our efforts in building on the foundational work done to support meaningful change in our organization,\u201d said Brady. \u201cThis new position will take a holistic approach to identifying and improving how we integrate the practice of diversity, equity and inclusion in every aspect of DoDEA, from curriculum and assessment to hiring and professional development.\u201d<\/p>\n
Buzz word bingo.<\/p>\n
Sadly, all is not well at DODEA these days. The question of woke culture itself aside, the new self-described woke administrator has a history of making racist comments on social media. She used these accounts to voice her disapproval of white people and their “privilege,” and used derogatory terms. These posts were eventually deleted, but not lost. Among her charming comments:<\/p>\n
\u201cThis lady actually had the CAUdacity to say that black people can be racist too\u2026 I had to stop the session and give Karen the BUSINESS\u2026 we are not the majority, we don\u2019t have power,\u201d Wing wrote.<\/p>\n
“I am exhausted by 99% of the white men in education and 95% of the white women. Where can I get a break from white nonsense for a while?”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Wing is a co-author of several books including, \u201cWhat Does It Mean To Defund The Police?\u201d<\/em> \u201cWhat Is White Privilege?\u201d<\/em> and \u201cWhat Is Anti-Racism?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
The DODEA provides K-12 education to the DoD community in the U.S. and all over the world. Wing oversees curriculum development there.<\/p>\n

Kelisa Wing is a diversity, equity and inclusion chief at the Pentagon’s education wing \u2013 the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). She is involved in curriculum at DoDEA, which services over 60,000 military-connected children at 160 schools around the globe, according to a press release announcing her position in December 2021.<\/p>\n
Fox News Digital found that on two occasions DoDEA’s diversity, equity and inclusion chief promoted the anti-police book “Between the World and Me” by Ta-Nehisi Coates while representing herself as an employee of the Pentagon’s education wing.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
