Yet another Kamala Harris aide has enjoyed enough of the Woman Who Would be Queen.<\/p>\n

Vice President Kamala Harris\u2019 director of speechwriting, Meghan Groob, is leaving the office less than four months into the job, two people familiar with the matter told POLITICO.<\/p>\n

Groob was hired in April after Harris\u2019 first chief speechwriter, Kate Childs Graham, left at the end of February. She had previously worked as a speechwriter for Bill Gates and as an editorial director at Gates Ventures.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This within days of Rohini Kosoglu, a “long-term and trusted aide” who has advised Harris on a number of topics over the years.<\/p>\n

Kosoglu, 38, previously served as chief of staff in Harris\u2019s Senate office and on her unsuccessful presidential campaign. Her decision to leave comes amid concerns among some Democrats about high turnover on the vice president\u2019s team<\/a> and Harris\u2019s political viability at a time when President Biden is saddled with low approval ratings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In an interview, Kosoglu \u2014 who has three sons, ages 9, 6 and almost 3 \u2014 cited a desire to spend more time with her family and dismissed the notion that her departure should be viewed as part of a pattern of staff instability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
