A detainer has been placed on the illegal alien, Gerson Fuentes, in a bid to detain him as soon as he is available for ICE agents to detain. Could this be the provenance of the claim that a 10-year-old had to cross state lines to get an abortion?<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">From Fox News:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The story was eventually echoed by President Biden in a speech last week in announcing measures to protect abortion access in the wake of the recent Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v Wade.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;On Monday three days after the Supreme Court issued its groundbreaking decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist, took a call from a colleague, a child abuse doctor in Ohio,&#8221; the Indy Star piece began. &#8220;Hours after the Supreme Court action, the Buckeye state had outlawed any abortion after six weeks. Now this doctor had a 10-year-old patient in the office who was six weeks and three days pregnant.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But the story was questioned by some critics, given its single source and scant detail.
