\nTwo Ohio homeowners shot an intruder who attempted a home invasion and assaulted the residents on Saturday, police say.<\/p>\n

The two homeowners remain unnamed, but they reacted to a man breaking into their West Chester, Ohio home at 4 a.m. on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Police say the intruder assaulted one of the residents, dragging them out of the home The other resident then grabbed a gun, shooting the intruder. Both the intruder and the resident who was assaulted are now in the hospital, according to Fox 19.<\/p>\n

The victims had a personal relationship with the assailant, police confirmed to the media.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Columbus officer shoots suspect early Sunday morning<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nA Columbus police officer shot a man who was holding a gun early Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

The victim was taken to Columbus Regional Midtown Hospital for treatment. Their condition is unknown.<\/p>\n

Police said they got multiple calls at 1:36 a.m. about gunfire in the area of Urban Avenue and Norton Street.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival, officers found a suspect holding a firearm. One officer eventually shot the suspect.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
