US District Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, a Trump apointee, ruled Monday that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention failed to properly explain its decision to impose the mask mandate, or follow proper rulemaking procedures. She then struck down the Federal Mask Mandate.<\/p>\n

Airline cabins erupted in applause as pilots informed passengers they were free to remove the despised face coverings.<\/p>\n

But not everyone was pleased with the court’s finding.<\/p>\n

Liberals on social media expressed shock and dismay after a Trump appointed federal judge struck down the federal mask mandate on airplanes that has been in place for two years.<\/p>\n

“When I bought my tickets for me, my wife (who is pregnant), and our unvaccinated 4-year-old, I assumed you would continue to have a mask mandate,” Dr. Jeremy Faust tweeted shortly after the mandate was lifted by U.S. District Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle in Florida. “Now you cancel it and we will have to board our return flight under your new no mask required policy?! Thanks so much.”<\/p>\n

Faust went on to accuse United Airlines of “pretty much” saying “it\u2019s cool” if children under five years old who can\u2019t receive the coronavirus vaccine die from the virus on airplanes.<\/p>\n

Epidemiologist Dr. Eric Feigl-Ding tweeted that the coronavirus pandemic is not “over” and called for a boycott of Alaska Airlines, which he suggested is an “idiot airline”, until the company implements its own mask mandate.<\/p>\n

“Sitting for several hours in a tight, enclosed space with 200 coughing, breathing, sneezing strangers?” Writer Charlotte Clymer tweeted. “Yeah, I’m gonna keep wearing my mask on flights for the foreseeable future, and that’s all I have to say about that.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

After over two years of COVID restrictions, there’s not much scientific debate over masks- they don’t appear to work. We do know they hurt children profoundly, and that children are among the least likely to contract Covid.<\/p>\n

Before the Maskers get up on their collective high horse, it’s well to remember the CDC had it’s wings clipped by a judge before, when the ludicrous Eviction Moratorium Order was vacated. No science there, either.<\/p>\n
