Yesterday, when Biden started to give a rambling, incoherent comment on Pakistan and Afghanistan, the large anthropomorphic rabbit jumped in front of &#8220;The Most Powerful Man in the World&#8221; and waved its arms to distract the &#8220;Leader of the Free World&#8221; from answering. Dutifully, Old Joe listened to the magical creature.
