Then the Chinese unleashed (accidentally or on purpose, not sure which is worse) COVID-19 from their American-sponsored bio research lab in Wuhan. Then we learned about the other appalling research conducted with US grant money (feeding beagle puppies to sand fleas anyone?).<\/p>\n<p>Now, Russia (whose grasp on the truth is really very fluid) claims the US was sponsoring chemical and biological weapons research in Ukraine. Crazy, right?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/asia\/2022\/03\/09\/russia-silent-on-wuhan-claims-american-labs-were-making-biological-weapons-in-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Russian troops reportedly found<\/a> \u201cdocumentation\u201d showing Ukrainian scientists destroying evidence of \u201cplague, anthrax, rabbit-fever, cholera and other lethal diseases\u201d studied in the country\u2019s laboratories on February 24, according to a statement from Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova, as part of their ongoing assault on the country.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Zakharova is the other lady in the picture at the top of the article. Hmmm Anyway, if there was such documentation, it would be easy enough to upload it for the world to see, which they haven&#8217;t yet. I doubt it exists, but Ukraine would make a good place for us to do such research.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/03\/10\/jen-psaki-russia-could-use-chemical-or-biological-weapons-in-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki<\/a> (she who is far too happy to wear Soviet symbols for her Russian friends) gave an eight tweet long rebuttal that comes off a bit&#8230; over the top. I&#8217;ll copy it below for easier reading. We\u2019ve also seen Chinese officials echo these conspiracy theories.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Jen Psaki (@PressSec) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PressSec\/status\/1501676230617321480?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 9, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We took note of Russia\u2019s false claims about alleged U.S. biological weapons labs and chemical weapons development in Ukraine. We\u2019ve also seen Chinese officials echo these conspiracy theories.<\/p>\n<p>This is preposterous. It\u2019s the kind of disinformation operation we\u2019ve seen repeatedly from the Russians over the years in Ukraine and in other countries, which have been debunked, and an example of the types of false pretexts we have been warning the Russians would invent.<\/p>\n<p>The United States is in full compliance with its obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention and the Biological Weapons Convention and does not develop or possess such weapons anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s Russia that has a long and well-documented track record of using chemical weapons, including in attempted assassinations and poisoning of Putin\u2019s political enemies like Alexey Navalny.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s Russia that continues to support the Assad regime in Syria, which has repeatedly used chemical weapons. It\u2019s Russia that has long maintained a biological weapons program in violation of international law.<\/p>\n<p>Also, Russia has a track record of accusing the West of the very violations that Russia itself is perpetrating. In December, Russia falsely accused the U.S. of deploying contractors with chemical weapons in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>This is all an obvious ploy by Russia to try to try to justify its further premeditated, unprovoked, and unjustified attack on Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Now that Russia has made these false claims, and China has seemingly endorsed this propaganda, we should all be on the lookout for Russia to possibly use chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine, or to create a false flag operation using them. It\u2019s a clear pattern.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/03\/10\/jen-psaki-russia-could-use-chemical-or-biological-weapons-in-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Though just the other day&#8230;<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>U.S. Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland confirmed in a Congressional hearing on Tuesday that \u201cbiological research facilities\u201d were in Ukraine and feared that Russia could take control.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUkraine has biological research facilities which, in fact, we are now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach,\u201d she said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I was told that biolabs in Ukraine was a conspiracy theory yet here we are.<\/p>\n<p>What does her body language tell you?<br \/>\nNervous much? <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/uHhpTc2xlB\">pic.twitter.com\/uHhpTc2xlB<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Cam Sandoval ??? If we were in fact even just partially supporting chemical and\/or bio weapons research on Russia&#8217;s doorstep, I can&#8217;t fault them for being upset about it.<\/p>\n<p>I await Russian proof of their claims.
