Judge Ketanji Brown, who as a DC trial judge as recently as last week got overturned unanimously by a panel of the DC Appeals Court for a 2020 decision. Ironically, the DC Court of Appeals is where Judge Brown currently serves, after narrowly being confirmed last year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/02\/25\/joe-biden-selects-ketanji-brown-jackson-supreme-court-nominee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Breitbart<\/a> goes over her qualifications (she has almost none) while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/bench-memos\/d-c-circuit-panel-reverses-kbj-district-court-ruling-on-contributory-negligence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Review<\/a> takes a look at her overturned case. NR does not have any good things to say about her writing style;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/bench-memos\/kbj-reverts-to-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Typical of her writing<\/a>, Jackson\u2019s opinion has clunky verbiage (e.g., \u201cWhiteru engaged with the wall\u2026\u201d), clumsy images (\u201cthe causation clock\u201d), and mischosen words (a person who is \u201cprostrate\u201d is not \u201con his back\u201d; an escalator \u201cin stationary mode\u201d). And it\u2019s verbose: more than twice as long as the D.C. Circuit\u2019s opinion.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>My favorite is the escalator &#8220;in stationary mode.&#8221; Most would call those stairs.<\/p>\n<p>It appears Biden has found someone dumber than him to nominate.
